Problem cloning forms from our other account

    Hello there!

    We have set up this new account and have been in the process of importing forms from our existing account, empower health. After importing a few forms I was prevented from going further and received a message that I did not have permission to import the form. Could you advise.

    Happy to help you today.

    I would like to inform you that, if you are looking to transfer forms from your one account to another then kindly reply back with the form IDs and we can transfer forms for you.

    Apart from that, I have reviewed your new account which holds 12 forms at the moment. Could you please confirm if you need to transfer more forms, if yes then kindly share a screenshot of the error message you are getting so that we can further investigate.
