Form filled with spam

Can you please reset my monthly form limit? One of my forms was obviously hot with a massive amount of spam, as seen in the attached screen capture. The people using the forms on my account are very small businesses and non profits.

I am sorry you are passing through this. I suggest you add a Captcha field to your form in case that keeps happening:

Anyway, I have increased your limit for submissions this month, so you do not have to worry about surpassing your quota.
