Form Integrations and privleges

I am interested in extending the capabilities of my form to include the following;

1) User access to forms based on conditions selected in the original form

2) Access to these entries only on the dates selected in the original form

3) A bespoke version of the form (based on user privileges) being made available for these users.

To be clear, my form is not a customer facing form but rather just an internal operations form that is used by my team. The operational process would look like the following;

1) Work Order Form is filled out (as per the link below)

2) The driver selected in the form has access to a bespoke version of the form on the service date selected in the form only. Access via a list of submitted forms or similar

3) They fill out the pertinent details in that form like asset numbers, Customer details etc..

4) Everything is collated in the one Submissions sheets view with all data for each job on the one line against the one Job#

Can you confirm that the "Signature" element will allow a user to enter their signature onto an iPad screen or similar.

1) User access to forms based on conditions selected in the original form

To my understanding, you would like to redirect the users to a different form based on their answers on the original form, correct? If it is, you can set conditions to change the Thank You page settings to redirect them to an external link: Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

If you are referring to a different workflow, can you provide us with additional details regarding the original form, is it  JotForm too? Are you also referring to redirecting the users to a different page to access a form?

2) Access to these entries only on the dates selected in the original form

I can see that the form is integrated into Google Sheets, are you referring to let your users only access the data on the sheets based on the dates selected on the form? Unfortunately, this is not possible, the data in the Google Sheets can't be manipulated by the conditions in the form builder. 

However, you can generate an HTML Table List report for your users to access the submissions so that they can also filter the entries on it: How-to-Create-an-HTML-Table-Listing-Report. Then you can also embed this link on a website or on the form, on JotForm form you can use the  Paragraph element to create a hyperlink for the reports:

My apologies, but can you explain it further of what you are trying to achieve on this part of your form? I'm not sure if you are referring to a different form or the PDF version of the form?
