Appointment Field: the calendar and slot options are not displayed

    Hello. The appointment element in my form exists but is missing the calendar. What should I do?

    May we know if the original layout was in Card Form?

    Kindly try changing the layout to card form and then back to classic.

    It was in classic layout. I changed to card, and back to classic but it still doesn't show up.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I could not replicate this on a test form, both with existing and a newly added appointment field.

    Can you please try adding a new appointment field just in case your current one got corrupted somehow?

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    I tried deleting and adding back the appointment element several times, but it still hasn't fixed it. ):

    There is an error, but this seems to be a problem with your form only. I created a new form on your account, the appointment field is working there.

    I have reported this problem to our backend team for review. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.

    In the meantime, you may want to use a new form since adding a new appointment field in the current form will not work.
