Need QR code for scan

We have signed up and created a form a couple days ago. We still haven’t gotten an email for the QR Code that our customers can scan with their phone to sign the form. Please email that to us ASAP! Thank you!

Do you mean you would like to share a QR CODE to your customers instead of sharing the form URL?

If so, you can download a QR CODE of the form via the PUBLISH section, then attach that to the email that you will be sending to your customers. When they scan the said QR CODE, it will let them access your form.
