Submitted data not displayed in pdf

    Hello,

The original PDF with form submission data, doesn't display data entered in input table properly. I see black circles instead of the text. Only the last column displays text correctly.

Please help me resolve the issue.

Hello @bakleclasses - Please try removing the fields in the Original PDF then re-connect it to the Input Table.

I was able to resolve the said issue when I cloned your form by doing it.

It now displays the correct data:

Please try that and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks. That helped.

[When you select Input Table, by default the input type is 'Radio button'. When you change the input type to 'Textbox', it doesn’t automatically update the selected matching field in the pdf].

Thanks for letting us know. So far I couldn't reproduce with changing input type on Input Table. It should automatically update the fields added on the PDF too.

    Example:

Feel free to contact us if you come across issues again. Regards

What I wanted to say is, when you input text values in the form, you get radio button in the pdf and not the text unless your delete and replace the links with new ones.

To check if this is true, do the following:

    Add an input box

    Change input type to text

    Add a new column

Now try filling the actual form, you will probably face the same issue. The new column will display the text entered properly but not the columns which already existed.

Just sharing my experience... Maybe I did something wrong/something else.

Thank you for sharing the information to us.

...you get radio button in the pdf and not the text unless your delete and replace the links with new ones.

It is indeed necessary to replace the links first for the updates to take effect.

This is not necessarily a bug/glitch, but a needed step to make sure the links or field mapping were done correctly.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
