I've been trying to use Field Manager to combine two patient forms. I've tried using the app multiple times and each time I get the following message: SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.
Do you have any suggestions or an explanation of what is likely happening? Thank you.

Hi! Update: Looks like you're using a HIPAA account. Field Manager app is currently not supported for HIPAA accounts; this is the reason it is not allowing you to fetch forms.
