Can't use Field Manager App on HIPAA accounts

    I've been trying to use Field Manager to combine two patient forms. I've tried using the app multiple times and each time I get the following message: SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. 

    Do you have any suggestions or an explanation of what is likely happening? Thank you.

    Hello Randall! On what App and on what fields do you get this error?
    Will it be possible for you to paste us the screenshot of the same as well?

    Hi! Update: Looks like you're using a HIPAA account. Field Manager app is currently not supported for HIPAA accounts; this is the reason it is not allowing you to fetch forms.
