Issues with 2 forms on my website that I created with you.

Hello, I've got 2 forms on my website that I created with you. The 1st one- Schedule Online suddenly has an issue with the date picker. I opened the website page in chrome and there's no popup of a calendar when I click on the icon.

The 2nd form I just created a few months ago. I was wondering why no one has used the form. I finally had a customer tell me that they tried but they could not submit it. So I went into that website page, again in chrome and sure enough, the Submit button does not do anything.

Could you help me figure out has happened?

    Hi there, @absoluteprocare!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

Regarding the first link, I have not been able to replicate the issue, as the Date Picker icon opens with no issues at all as shown below:

Regarding the second link, there indeed seems to be an issue when clicking the "Review and Submit" button.

That's why I would like you to try embedding the form using its iFrame code to see if it resolves the issue.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,
That’s strange, I tried a few times to pick a date in the Schedule Online form and nothing happened. I will try again. It’s just odd no one has tried using it lately.

I believe I did the iframe correctly for the Pricing Calculator form. In wordpress I deleted the embed code. I then copy/pasted the iframe code. I then tested it out and everything seems to still be working except that last Preview/Submit section. Nothing happens to submit it. Did I install it correctly or is there some sort of wordpress plugin I need before installing the iframe code?

I just followed the directions and embedded the proper wordpress code. Unfortunately the submit button is still not working.

    Hi again, @absoluteprocare!

Upon further checking, I've found that the issue has nothing to do with embedding method at all, as the form itself has the same issue when trying to submit it using its direct URL.

The reason for the issue is that you have created multiple conditions to SKIPP REQUIRED fields as shown below:

    1591566593Screenshot 2020 06 07 The Easi Screenshot 10

This results in leaving required fields unfilled, hence the form can't be submitted, as you can't submit while there are still any unfilled required fields.  See below:

That's why I recommend that you edit the conditions to HIDE fields, not to SKIP to fields.

Thanks so much for your help! I wend in there and made those fields Not Required. This made all the difference and someone went ahead and filled out the form already.

    Thanks again!
