I see that you have two account and a guest account.
Your email id is not in our bounce list. Please let us know the form id with which you are having this issue.
I checked our email server logs and see the emails are getting delivered to your inbox. Here is the log for your reference:

Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there.
