From Lost Translation.

    Jotforms,

    I have now had a SECOND form lose all its translations.

    These have taken me no less than 10 hours to do.

    Everything is now back in english, regardless of what i set it to even though i did all the translation into dutch.

    Why is this happening?  Can you please 'undo' it?  How can you prevent this from happening again?

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.

    Upon checking your form, I have found that your form default language is Nederlands, and the translation language is English as shown below:

    Also, your form language is English, which contradicts the settings above.

    Could you please change the settings so Form default language becomes English and Translation language becomes Netherlands?

    I have done so and i am still missing all the translation.

    I have done so.

    It made no difference.

    Everything is still in English, regardless of the settings selected.
