My account is locked. Please help!

    I have tried changing my password twice and both times it was accepted/successful.  However every time I try to sign on it says my account has been locked.  Help!

    It looks like you have tried logging into your account with incorrect password for 3 or more times. Since the account is enabled with HIPAA compliance, the account is locked out. We have now activated your account and you should be able to login to your account without any issue.
