Cannot login into our business account

    Hello, 

    My name is Jovana Cubric, I am a VP of Operations at Fiddleheads Coffee. I am trying to login into our business account which was originally created by a former employee with his email address. His email address is taylor@fiddleheadscoffee.com

    The password I had for the account is not working. I also tried retrieving the password, but am not getting any emails forwarded from his former email account. Could you please help me retrieve login information?

    I would like to inform you that, I tried to pull up your company account by uisng the provided email taylor@fiddleheadscoffee.com but could not find any results. Could you pelase double check at your end and may be share a form ID so that we might pull up your account.
