Paypal: Deduct the processing fee into the total sales

Can you explain if I can set up the payment option so the processing fee is deducted from the product total instead of having the fee paid by the consumer?

Note that the charges depend on Paypal. So, we suggest it best to contact Paypal Support and see if an arrangement can be done to deduct the processing fees in the actual sales instead of making it as an additional fee.
