Can't get access to my account.

    Hello, I'm trying to access my JotForm account but am unable to rest the password. I am not receiving the password reset link and I have checked my SPAM folder multiple times.


    Please advise.

    I would like to inform you that your email address was listed in our bounce list. It has been removed from there now. Please try to reset your password again and it will work now.

    In addition to this, you may add our domain names and sending IP addresses to your white-list to prevent bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
