I connected to JotForm on my Google Drive, but it is not appearing in my Create menu.
Is there a step that I am missing?

Please check if you have JotForm App as defult, because this might be the cause of the issue. To check that please follow the next steps:
1. Go to Settings icon in the top right side of the Google Drive page.
2. Choose Manage Apps.
3. And if you don't have Jotform app as default, check Use by default option and finally click OK.
But if that does not work, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
