I am not receiving .mp3 files from iOS devices when they submit music.. Can you help me fix this issue please?

    I've tested the upload of 3 submissions so far, and I'm not able to play or see .mp3 files uploaded from persons using iPhones. It goes to a broken link or it just doesn't show up in your storage of my connected google drive. My forms goes live in two days from now so need help in fixing this issue ASAP. My telephone number is 784 527 9679, I'm a paid subscriber.

    Thanks for your patience.

    We have sent a test submission to your form using iPhone XR but wasn't able to replicate the issue. The link to download/open the MP3 file works fine on our end.

    And also I don like fact that a banner ad saying “ create jotform, it’s free “ on my thank you page. Thought I paid to have  branding remove, please remove it, thanks

    Apologies. I noticed that the files that can't be opened have "-" in the file name, could you please try uploading one without "-" on it?

    Also, are you submitting to your form via a web browser or the mobile app?
