How to download form by mobile phone?

Hi,

Since I set the form for users can download as PDF after submitted, but there's a problem when they downloaded it by mobile phone it show error on page and cannot download. Are there any way to fix it?

Thanks for writing back to us.

Please login in to your account and and click on the settings. Once you are in the setting area then please uncheck the 3 options shown in the screenshot below.

After unchecking these options please try to download the file again. It will work.

I've cloned your form and was able to successfully download through mobile, tablet and desktop as well.
