    Force Pay on/off

Asked by colour on April 29, 2011 at 12:09 AM

I was wondering if I could set a condition where they don't have to send a payment if they are using one setting but they do if other settings are present

This should be possible by using conditions. Find out more about Conditional Logic on Forms.

As an example, if you have three options - Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3, you should set a condition where in if only one of those choices are selected, then the Payment integration will be hidden so that submitting the form will not require them to pay.

This logic can be interpreted by 3 conditions:

    Hide Payment form if:

    Case 1

    Option 1 is selected
    Option 2 is not selected
    Option 3 is not selected

    Case 2

    Option 1 is not selected
    Option 2 is selected
    Option 3 is not selected

    Case 3

    Option 1 is not selected
    Option 2 is not selected
    Option 3 is selected

In all these cases, only one setting is chosen by the user. Thus, if they choose more than one setting, the payment form will then show and they will be required to send a payment.
