    Do you mean that your submissions on the Submissions page show still military time?

    From where do you check the submissions? From the Submissions page or from the Inbox?

    Can you please provide the form, where the issue occurs, so we can check it and further investigate?

    Please note that you can not adjust the time format of this field.

    The guide above will help you to change the format in your submissions (on the Submissions page).

    Unfortunately, you can not change this format (from your screenshot) at the moment. If you want, we can submit a feature request for you. But there is no assurance that this will be implemented.
