Downloading PDF

Hi there,

One of my forms (Client Questionnaire) has my original attachment linked to it, so when somone fills it out it arrives at my email with the original PDF as an attachment. Then when I try to download the filled out form it only allows me to download the original PDF (which is all in a mess) and not the form they have filled out on Jotform.

Does that make sense?! Can you delete the original form so that I am only able to see and download the new form created on your site please?

It seems you're using the fillable PDF. You would have to disable your Fillable PDF to use the PDF document created in the PDF editor.

In the form builder go to Settings>form settings>Original PDF connection to your online form and set it to OFF.
