Lost my forms by changing email

Hi I have lost my forms to origional account kalalrubaei85@hotmail.com

i changed it kal.alruabaei@hotmail.com And now can not see my forms please help !!!

I have checked the account and  the status is "Deleted", we can reactivate this account but the forms and submissions are lost and can no longer be restored since we don't have copy of them.

That being said, I have reactivated your account so you may now start creating your forms again.
