Permission to view form

My client received this message when I emailed and texted a form to fill out. The intake form was fine but the co vid form this message came up  How do I correct this?

Upon checking, your form is set to Private. Thus, you either have to invite a user to access your form or grant access if they sent a request like the one in your screenshot.
