Ability to create a report with incomplete payments.

It sure would be a useful feature if we could run a report of incomplete submissions.  Right now we have to go one by one to collect the information.

I will pass this feature request to our back-end team, although we cannot provide an ETA, we will keep you updated via this ticket.
