What constitutes form views?

Does checking of submissions and PDF submission also gets included in form views or only the form shared?

Form views means the number of times your form is viewed or loaded. If someone visits your site and your form is loaded, that would count as 1 view. If the user refresh/reloads the page, that would also count as another 1 view.  Checking of submissions has no effect on that limit.
