What happens to the data if at any point we decide we no longer want to contract with Jotform?

    Also, what happens to the data if at any point we decide we no longer want to contract with Jotform? We would definitely use an account that would be HIPPA complaint.

    Please note that you can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to free plan. Your forms will not be deleted but since free account has submission storage limit of 500 submissions, all excess / over quota submission data will be deleted automatically. That means, at any given point, you can only have 500 submissions stored in free account.

    You can also upgrade your account to HIPAA compliance as well. Please note that HIPAA compliance is only available in silver and gold plan. The following guide should help you how to upgrade your account to HIPAA compliance: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

    Ok so I accidentally deleted my folders and want to restore them but its telling me that I have to upgrade in order to do that.  Is there any other way without having to pay or can I pay one time restore the folders than delete subscription and still have the folders I restored?
