Hi!
We've updated our delivery form with new questions. The confirmation details we receive, however, list the old question text in the new question area.
Please see attached screenshot of confirmation email. The "...add email to...Newsletter" question no longer exists for customers to answer. A new question has been added. Is there a way to update this so we are seeing the correct question + answer combo?

Hi, please delete the notification, and create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
The new notification will be properly updated with your form fields. Let us know if you need more help.
