HIPAA: Locked out of Account

    Hi,


    I've been locked out of my account and I clicked forgot password to change my password, however, when I attempt to log-in, it still says my account is locked. CAn you help?

    Greetings,

    Accounts enabled with HIPAA Compliance are being lockout due to multiple failed login attempts. 

    I activated your account, you should be able to login now.

    Let us know if you still can't login your account.
