Some responses are not being retrieved

Hello. I have a form with some questions, but when I tried to export the answers in a Excel Sheet the file is incomplete. Some questions are not in the sheet as well as their answers. The form is a small one, but I didn't understand what is happening. I see the questions on the form but I can't see it in the sheet or even in the Excel file. Please, I need some assistance.

I went ahead and checked your form and its submission page and I was not able to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. It seems that all of the questions and responses that are in your form are included in the submissions page.

I also tested the Excel sheets download for your form and I was able to download a sheet containing all of the same form data that was on your submissions page.

As you can see in the screencast above, the excel sheet is filled. The empty spaces that you see are a result of those sections being left blank when your users were filling out your form.

If you would like to prevent empty spaces such as these, then you can make all of those form fields required.

Can you kindly share with us a screenshot or screencast of the missing data that you are referring to? Once we have more information, we will be able to troubleshoot further and find a solution to this issue.
