I dont want to set up a sub account for our accounts department but i want them to get a copy of the invoice each month automatically. Is there a way i can do this?

Unfortunately that's not possible. You have to email them manually to your department. It's pretty easy, just get your invoice in your My Accounts page under Billing Section then email to them the URL.
