Email Reminder Received 10 Times in Succession

    Hi, we have a jotform set up called "Time Off Usage Reporting" and we have it scheduled to send a reminder email to 5 of our staff members every week on Monday morning at 10am (EDT).

    It's been working wonderfully since we set it up several months ago, until last week.  Last Monday all of our reminder recipients received the reminder email 10 times in a row (and if the ones I received are any indication, they came at night around 9pm instead of in the morning). 

    We thought it must be a fluke, last week. But again today—this morning all of us received the reminder email 9 or 10 times in a row.

    I've been asked to correct it, but I don't see anything wrong in the settings of this JotForm and can identify nothing to fix it. Please help! Thanks so much!

    Hi,

    I have checked your form, and I can see that there are five recipients that are set up for the email reminder, then I checked the mail logs on each email address but I can't seem to find any mail logs of when the email reminders are sent.

    Can you try to generate or re-create the email reminder? I have also cleared your form cache, then let us know if the issue persists.
