Why are hidden fields still showing up?

I am having many problems lately....

I cloned an older form to make a newer version.  The email results are broken, AND the hidden fields are showing (specifically the hidden fields i use to hold values and calculate totals.

All the hidden fields at the end of my form are showing up when i use the form.

Please help!

I have been checking the conditions matter and actually it's not an issue, instead this seems like a condition configured on your form, here is a screenshot about it:

As you can see, the condition includes fields such as "Tech 1 Badge No" and "Tech Badge Exp" which are hidden on the settings, but are included on your condition, to clarify this, here is how this condition works: 

- The fields will remain hidden, as per the settings, until the condition is triggered, if you select "No" on the field "This form is for HDI Only - Is this a HDI Job?" the fields will remain hidden as per the condition, if you select "Yes" then all the fields included on that condition will be visible. 

In order to prevent this, I would recommend you to remove all the fields you want to keep hidden.
