Great service! I love this ssite and the features you offer, so much easier to get things done.
My question is with regards to Dropbox. I am in the settings and I have it set to email or name and it submits fine but only sends me an email, I don't see it in my dropbox.
What am I missing, please help?
By the way, I am trying to style that upload button but how do I change its text, I don't see an option for that, also the text has an orange outline, any ideas?

The files are uploaded in the directory Jotform\Folder Name\ with Folder Name as the name you have set in the Configure Dropbox window, just like what is shown in your screenshot above.
If your dropbox integration worked flawlessly, you should find your files there. It will take some time though before the files show up in your dropbox acount, depending on the size of the file. This is because the files are uploaded on our server first, before being sent over to dropbox.
With regards to your second question, unfortunately there is no way to change that button's name as it is hardcoded into the form's script that is responsible for displaying the upload button.

One submission was over 2 weeks ago, 1 from yesterday and 1 from a couple of hours ago. They have not shown up in the folder as you described. Are there any settings that I can check?

If you have configured your dropbox integration to set Folder Name as [Email], the folder name for that submission will be the email entered by the user, so for example the file name is song.mp3 and the uploader's email address is firstname.lastname@example.org, the file path will be Jotformemail@example.com/song.mp3
Anyway, I looked over into your account and found two submissions that do not have uploaded files. Just a word, files uploaded via your form gets saved into our servers aside from being sent to your dropbox account. If you don't find the uploads in your submissions page, chances are the files were not uploaded successfully.
For further testing I have made a sample submission in your form. The file was uploaded into our server and can be found in your submissions page. Please take a look if the file was uploaded in your dropbox folder. The file name is old tv.jpg

Now that is odd because you do not even have a Jotform folder in your Dropbox account. Can you please log in to Dropbox.com and see if the files are there, or if there is a Jotform folder?
If there is not, try re-integrating dropbox to your form.
1. Go to your Submissions page
2. Click the small Settings icon
3. Uncheck and then check again the Manage Integration option
4. Sign-in to your dropbox account on the window that pops up.
After integrating successfully, do test uploads on your form again. Let me know if problem still persists even after you followed the solutions I offered above.

The JotForm folder is there. I have asked the site owner to share that folder out so we can test it.
Thanks Neil. I am sure this has solved the issue.
It seems I made the mistake of assuming all dropbox folders are shared. I have never logged on to dropbox until just then to check if the folder was there. My bad!
