What happens when storage limit reached?

If the amount of storage is used up, what happens? Do old forms automatically get deleted, or new forms can't be submitted?

When you reach your storage limit, your form will be disabled and no new submissions will be submitted. 

If that happens, you can upgrade your account to any paid plans to get higher limits and to continue receiving submissions. You can check this guide for more information: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
