Form clone not working even with allow clone setting

    We have been granted access to clone 3 forms from another person using Jotform.  They have unchecked the settings option to allow forms to be cloned, but we still get an "unauthorized" message.

    Here are the 3 forms:

    Problem solved.  The other party had to allow cloning at a form level.
