Reports not showing all products in graphs

    My report is not showing all our products in it's graphs. How do I get all products included?

    Thank you for reaching support,

    I checked the form and the submission data and due to Metric being base on "Quantity", it only pulls up records on fields that have one:

    And looking into your submission data particularly the "Contemporary Stand Up (Oak or Graphics)" there was no purchase of it, and so nothing could be pulled up for the chart.

    On the 23rd May we did have a Contemporary (Oak and Graphics) ordered? There should be 13 products in total listed on the report... but only 11 are listed on the graphs and tables?

    I'm checking your form submissions page, but I can't find a submission with "Contemporary (Oak and Graphics)". Can you please mention the submission ID of the submission you're referring to so we can check it?
