Why I can't make more forms?

    Hi There, I have just upgraded to Bronze package, payed with my credit card and I cant make more forms?

    Please can you help me?

    I checked your account and I didn't see any upgrades or transactions made. Can you please check with your bank if the amount for the subscription is taken?

    Please send us a screenshot of the transaction/receipt as well so we can forward it to our billing team for further review.

    Hi There, I phoned my bank they said the transaction has come off but you need to bank it on your side.  Please see screenshot attached form my banking, it says uncleared as you need to bank it on your side.
