Hi,
I have a jotform formular called "få e-bogen "10 råd mod angst"" and when the user has filled in their info and clicking on the button "send mig e-bogen" the user should directly get an email from mailchimp, but you dont.
I have connected the form to mailchimp, but I dont kow what the problem is? I have talked to mailchimp and they say I should contact you to take a look at it.
Please take a look at the form and tell me what is wrong - why the user doesnt get an email from mailchimp?
I get an email that a user has made the form, but the user does not get any mail from mailchimp?

Hello @gomentor - The integration only sends the leads to your contact list. I believe it doesn't trigger sending an email.
Or if you mean the opt-in email, you have to toggle the "SEND OPT-IN EMAIL" option:
This will send an email to the user like this:

No, I dont want to send that type of email to the users, because they
already have subscribed to that newsletter by clicking in this:

they should just get the other email that we have put up in the flow in
mailchimp
I just want to to get the newsletter flow that we have set up on
"automation" in mailchimp

I have checked that you are using tags in the integration, so I assume that you are using tags to trigger the automation. I have replicated that on my MailChimp and it works as intended. However, the emails are being sent to the SPAM folder.
I've tried using 2 email addresses to test this and all the emails went to spam. It could be the reason why you thought it wasn't sending.
Please advise your users to check their SPAM folders and see if the email was routed there.
Also, please ensure that you are triggering the campaign to be sent immediately:

And I have tried to subscribe with two different email addresses:
louiiser@hotmail.com and louise.ridderstad@gmail.com. I haven't got any

I've also checked that they send immediately when a user signs up, as in

Those three sign up form (jotforms) are connected to the same audience, but
I have specified which group the users shall belong to in each form (this

We get abuse reports on these in mailchimp, but what I can see we are
aligned with those terms that mailchimp asks for. Will you please check why
these are not being sent correctly to the users that are signing up on

You need to solve this with mailchimp, so that all these automated emails

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have tested this form by sending a test submission and I did receive an email from Mailchimp successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
Please note that with JotForm MailChimp integration, only the form data along with the selected tag is being sent to MailChimp list. The automation that you have set in your MailChimp account is triggered by MailChimp.
If you are not receiving this automated emails that you have configured in your MailChimp account, I would suggest you to please contact MailChimp support, and they will be able to help you on this.

And since I have you here, what does this mean: "sign ups fra tests: stress, angst, depresjon"
IWhen stress is filled in what does it actually mean? What happends if I do not mark this one?

On your other question related to "sign ups fra tests: stress, angst, depresjon", those appears to be kind of group that you have set in your MailChimp account. Each contact that is added in your MailChimp account can be associated with a group. Please check the screenshot below:
When you add group in MailChimp account and then integrate your form with MailChimp, those groups will be displayed in the integration window. Please check the screenshot below:

I just did the "angst"-forms on DK and NO with a hotmail-adress, but I
haven't got the emails yet from mailchimp..

I've just sent some test submissions on 5 of your forms. So far I've received 3 emails with some delay. But all 3 went straight in the spam folder. I might receive the remaining two after some delay.
Please check the following user guide from MailChimp to see how you can avoid emails from MailChimp going in the spam folder.
