my Jotform is not upgrading

    Hi There, I upgraded to the Bronze packages and it has not upgraded?

    I payed with my credit card.

    Also, when you upgraded, have you received a transaction receipt to your email? If so, please share with us a screenshot copy by following this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Ticket. We'll then check it on our end and verify if it has been successful.
