Unable to create Visual Reports

Hi There, have followed the guide, however it doesnt seem to bring me to the visual Reports Builder. Could you advise.

I have checked your form and it seems you have created multiple reports already.

I have tested the visual report at my end and it seems to be working as expected.

May we know if the issue still remains? Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and login back to your account to edit your form?

Thanks for the response. It doesn't seem to allow us to insert a summary charts and also some of the form elements are missing?

Example of 3 scenarios below

Q1: Our Form has 80 questions, we want to see the top 5 response with highest overall Yes % for the 80 questions.

Q2: We want to see which question has the highest "No" response.

Q3: We have questions which requires user to upload pictures, these questions are not available in form elements.

The visual report will show the percentage and number of responses per available options.

Q2: We want to see which question has the highest "No" response.

To clarify, do you want to get the percentage of all your questions or per question only?

Do note that you may only get the percentage of a single question in the form element.

Q3: We have questions which requires user to upload pictures, these questions are not available in form elements.

Unfortunately, we cannot get the percentage of the files uploaded as we cannot track the number of uploads.
