Can we re direct form submissions to another Email address?

    Good morning,


    I am building a online order form for a client for a second client. 


    The form creation centre is so easy to use and has been imbedded into the Mobile Application perfectly.


    I have one question regarding seeing the results. 

    The account the form has been created on is on my account but I need the client to receive the email conformation instead/ as well as they will not have access to my account.


    Is this possible or would I have to create another Jotform account for them?

    Hi empiredigithaluk,

    You can redirect to e-mail to your client's e-mail address using Notification e-mails. To do that please follow the steps below:

    1) Click SETTINGS at the top of the Form Builder.

    2) Click EMAILS on the left.

    3. Click the Pencil icon above the Notification bar.

    4) Click on the Recipient tab and add/change your client's e-mail to the Recipient Email part. Don't forget to save changes.
