I Need help with my PayPal Processing for our Registration Form Processing.

    When I did a test registration form, it did not send me to the Go To Payment option. When I answered my last registration question on the Form it just gave me the thank you response without the PayPal processing option. I know I need to set-up a a PayPal acount, but, it is indicating that I already have the PayPal account processed on JotForms and I can only have one PayPal account preference. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Please help.

    Hello Dr. Sandy,

    Good  day!

    Upon checking your form, you seem to be using normal check boxes for your registration category. Note that check box isn't associated with any payment gateway, this is the reason why your form isn't redirecting to Paypal. However, when I checked the last options in your form (My Products field), you seem to have figured out how paypal payment works.

    To clarify it further, you have to use Paypal Payment tool and create your products in the Paypal Product Wizard. So, whenever your user selects products and hit submit button, they'd be redirected to Paypal checkout page for the payment.
