Hi
We have a form "CPW - Kontaktform til kundeservice - 21-11-19", where when the user is using the form, it is send to our main email called mail(a)davidsenshop.dk and from there it comes into a customer service system called FocalScope with a ticket number.
Yesterday from 18.00 o clock undtil 10.00 o clock today, it seems that our mail server "mail(a)davidsenshop.dk" was full, and therefore we never recieved the mails from the customers in our FocalScope.
We can find all the submissions inside inbox in JotForm. But what we want is to resend them so they get the correct tags in the headline of the mail (like customer name, phone number etc.) With normal forward this doesnt seem to be possible?
Is there any other way to resubmit all the missing ones?

To resend the email:-
1-) Make sure "Send on Edit" is enabled on the Email Notification ADVANCED Settings.
2-) From the submission page, click on Edit to edit the submission and submit.
