Problem submitting our form

    We are having a problem with our one form, after filling in the form and submitting, it give a error message saying you can only submit one form. It especially happens when using a mobile device.


    what can we do to resolve this issue.

    I checked your form and see that you have set "Unique Submission" as "Loose Check" which uses browser cookies to prevent multiple submissions from the same system.

    Request you to please change your "Uniques Submission" as "No Check". That should solve your issue. Please refer the image below:
