Jot Forms Suddenly Redirects to Recaptcha after submitting

The form suddenly redirects to a Recaptcha after submitting, this started on its own. I do not have this setting turned on within the form. I need it off due to the number of employees we have coming in at the same time that needs to be screened for COVID-19
