Delaying renewal of yearly license

Hi, I run the QCInitiatives JotForm account for Western Illinois University, and for various reasons, we'd like to delay renewal of our contract so that payment falls in the same fiscal year for our University as the year in which the services are used. 

I am writing primarily to let you know that is our plan, and to ask if there is anything you need from me to make sure that none of our previous forms or information are lost. 

I apologize for the late notice, but this is something that was communicated to me from above at the last minute.

After checking your account I can confirm that now you have the free plan so there are no charges for the next billing cycle and you can upgrade again at any time.

Also, the previous submissions and form will still there, so once you upgrade again the submission will be restored.
