PayPal Business: Why isn't my account connecting?

    Pay Pal won't conect to the form error message

    I have checked your form and it seems like you're using the PayPal Business integration, I see it's not currently connected, are you getting an error while trying to integrate? 

    I would also recommend you to kindly contact PayPal and confirm with them your account is configured correctly, sometimes, the authentication process may not complete due to the settings. 

    Let us know if the problem persists after confirming with PayPal that your account should be working with the integration.

     I forgot to mention that I cloned your form and was able to integrate it with my testing PayPal account, this is a sandbox business account, I also used the test mode on the integration:
