cannot access account

    ARE YOU HAVING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SYSTEM. WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR PASSWORD AND NOW WE CANNOT GET LOGGED BACK IN. THE BROWSER JUST KEEPS SPINNING. 

    PLEASE HELP!!

    WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE OUR PATIENT FORMS!

    Hello Susan,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    I have taken a look at your account and it seems to be in good standing. Are you still unable to log in?

    Based on our email logs, I can see that you have received a couple of reset password emails. After changing your password you will need to enter the new credentials in order to access your account.

    However, if you fail to log in more than 5 times, then the website will block you and not allow you to log in until the account is unlocked. I don't a lock on your account but I have gone ahead and flushed your login attempts anyway, to see if that will resolve the issue.

    If you are still having issues, I do also suggest that you try using a different browser or an incognito browser when logging in to your account. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, before attempting to log in again.
