Inbox page loads slow.

    inbox is slow. cleared cache, used different browsers, different devices, different internet connections. inbox is slow to load. archiving is slow. refreshing constantly.


    please fix. this issue is making the forms unusable.

    I have cleared your Form Cache. Can you please test again?

    In order to double check, please try the incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N).

    Please apply this simple fix and let us know, if it helps.

    If this happens with a different form or with all the forms, please let us know.

    The inbox loads A little faster now
    The archive function is very slow. When I archive a submission, it takes 10 seconds for the inbox to be available.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. No issue has been reported with the JotForm inbox, or the archive folder so far. Can you please try using a different web browser? I suggest you also try a different device. 

    Should the issue persist, kindly let us know what OS and what browser you are using.
