Is my account frozen or something?

    Why won't it let me log in at all? I've tried resetting my password but it won't even send me anything to my email to reset it with. I've tried logging in with Gmail & Facebook but nothings happening. I really need to send this form over to my client today. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

    Hi Ben,

    Your account is suspended. Your form could be violating copyright law by using the image logo. Can you give us more information that you are associated with this company/store?

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. 

    In order to reactivate your account, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2377786 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Or, we can just remove the logos and lift the suspension of your account.
