Dropdowns not working in Guided Access Mode

    Hi,


    Dropdowns are not working in guided access mode on iPad Air. Guided access mode is a requirement of my current deployment. They work fine in normal mode but in guided access when I click the field nothing happens. Please let me know how to fix this!


    I am willing to pay the subscription but I wanted to make sure it works before subscribing.


    Please let me know next steps ASAP as I need to get this deployed immediately.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    Unfortunately, I do not have an iPhone device to test this feature and found it's not available on Android. I will ask a colleague to test this, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    As Guided Access allows disabling areas, kindly check if you have not disabled certain area on your form that may be affecting this. 

    If the problem persists, please let us know which iPhone and iOS version you're using, we will try testing on a similar device.
